Appointment Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee. If an appointment is not rescheduled within 2 hours of the scheduled time, it will count as a no-show, and unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Goods & Services:
All sales of goods and services are final after 24 hours of purchase. However, if there is a special circumstance or concern, please reach out to us. Refunds or exchanges may be considered at the discretion of the owner.
We encourage open communication, and if for any reason you cannot attend your appointment or need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We're happy to work with you to find a new time that suits you.
