Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy Effective Date: Immediately upon Checkout Completion By booking a session with Celestial Alchemy & Harmonics, you agree to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation Policy Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session may result in a non-refundable deposit, if applicable. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be forfeited. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests must be made at least [insert timeframe] in advance. Sessions can be rescheduled up to [state limits, e.g., one/two times] without penalty. Refund Policy Deposits: Any deposits made to secure your booking are non refundable unless prerequisites of the refund policy is met.
