Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered into by and between Celestial Alchemy & Harmonics and the client as of the date of booking.

1. Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" includes any personal, spiritual, or sensitive information shared by the Recipient or disclosed during the session or booking process, as well as any proprietary techniques, materials, or insights provided by the Service Provider.

2. Obligations of Confidentiality

Both parties agree:

• To maintain the confidentiality of all shared information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

• To use Confidential Information solely for the intended purpose of the session or service.

3. Exceptions

This Agreement does not apply to information that:

• Was already publicly known at the time of disclosure.

• Was independently developed or discovered without reliance on the Confidential Information.

4. Duration

The obligations of confidentiality under this Agreement will remain in effect indefinitely unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Franklin County, OH.

6. Acknowledgment

By proceeding with the booking, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
